Update on FFJ civil case.
Kenneth Morin (tribal physiologist) & Denise LaPointe (tribal health worker) have withdrawn their names as plaintiffs in the case.

At an upcoming court date the Plaintiffs are dropping all Defendants from the suit except the Holy Name of Jesus Church and Fr. John Hascall, Bishop Garland of the Diocese of Marquette, Father Zelinski, Rod & Nancy Edwards, Rose Edwards, Ronald Edwards, Robert & Valerie Voakes.

Fall 1998
Tribe is trying to purchase the Marquette County Ariport property now that the airport will be moved to Gwinn.
