Chuck Loonfoot turned himself in on Wednesday May 12, 1999 at tribal court. He plead no comment and the court entered a not guilty plea on his behalf. He is scheduled for pre trial on Wednesday May 19, 1999 at tribal court.

Unfortunately, Fred Dakota is now out and living back up here.
