FRED DAKOTA HAS TO PAY MONEY FOR HIS SUPPORTERS (as if we didn't know)

Recently given to FFJ members was a notice posted at the Tribal Casino's on Aug 2, 1996 it reads: to All Dealers, if you wear a red shirt (not your dealer's uniform) and show up at the court showing support for Fred, you will be paid for attending.


Aug. 2, 1996

In Federal District Court, Marquette, MI.. today Fred Dakota's Attorney Mark Stevens requested that the U.S. Government take custody of the all the files located at the tribal center so they could go on a "fishing expedition" according to U.S. Attorney Judd Spray.

Judge Timothy Greeley will decide within 10 days the procedure for the removal and storage of the documents, also to be decided is which records will be removed and who will receive them after they are not needed for Fred's case.
