ORDER

The parties and defendants having stipulated that the Court's decision of May 26, 1998, denying defendants' motion to dismiss, decided all factual and legal issues material to this case, and that, pursuant to that decision the Court may determine the relief to be granted to plaintiffs, if any, based on the record, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the defendants shall conduct their review of the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community resolutions KB-467-95 and KB-501–95, said review to be completed and the final decision to be filed with this court and served upon the plaintiffs no later than 120 days from the date of this order; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, to the extent commentary or argument be solicited or received form any person or entity relating to the issues on review, the plaintiffs herein shall be treated as interested parties and provided with notice and opportunity for such participation.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
